Ranger Memorial
1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment

   The design of the Ranger Memorial sought to create a space that would not only serve as a place of remembrance, but also as a place for Rangers and citizens to reflect upon the great service and responsibility the Rangers provide to America every day.  A strong sense of honor and respect is felt upon entering the Memorial; a feeling that cannot be expressed in words or found elsewhere in the city of Savannah.

   Through great attention to detail and dedication, the Ranger Memorial has successfully honored these heroes. The Memorial has been branded as being of "D.C. Quality" by countless visitors and continues to represent the great sacrifice the Rangers make for our country.

   The Ranger Memorial was awarded the Georgia American Society of Landscape Architects Award of Excellence in 2009.
